Nuno is a Grammy nominated, multi-platinum selling guitarist, recording artist, songwriter & producer for Extreme & Rihanna. He has toured the world for over 30 years. Nuno was also invited to perform at the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize concert in 2014 with Steven Tyler as well as the 2015 Grammy Awards side by side with Sir Paul McCartney, Rihanna & Kanye performing the #1 Billboard R&B / Hip Hop song “FourFiveSeconds”.

One of many career highlights for Nuno is when Extreme performed for Queen, at Wembley Stadium, at the Freddie Mercury Tribute concert in 1992. 

As a producer and songwriter Nuno has produced and performed on hit songs with such greats as Rihanna, Robert Palmer, Perry Ferrel and Janet Jackson as well as currently producing a number of new and exciting, soon to be released emerging pop artists and albums for AE poised for breakout success.

Nuno is also the CEO & Co-Founder of Atlantis Entertainment, a full service media & production company, which creates and produces content through ventures integrating film & television, music, branded entertainment, commercials & digital content.  Currently Atlantis Entertainment is releasing their next recording artist on March 5th through a joint venture with Universal Music Group – Island Records.  Atlantis has an overall television and film deal with Entertainment One and the company’s next television series is being produced with IMDBtv/Amazon.

Bettencourt & Atlantis Entertainment are also producing The Atlantis Concert For Earth – a two day global conservation summit where international artists come together with the leading conservation scientists and experts in one of the world’s most breathtaking ecotourism locations. Atlantis has joined forces with The World Wildlife Fund as conservation partner. Sete Cidades, Azores – Portugal will be the yearly destination for this concert for Earth where iconic artists and global fans will unite in a mission to conserve nature, educate and spotlight solutions to restoring balance to our home, Planet Earth.
