Claire O’Neill is an internationally renowned figure and a leading voice for sustainability in the live events and entertainment industry, regularly speaking alongside heads of industry, activists, scientists, and UN agency and government officials.

Co- founder and CEO of AGF (A Greener Festival) from 2006, Producer of the Green Events & Innovations Conference (GEI), consulted as sustainability expert to LIVE Green, and Chair of the Association for Electronic Music green working group, Claire has trail-blazed best practice including the Greener Festival Award, Green Touring Rider for Arcadia Spectacular’s shows, and the Green Artist rider with Paradigm Agency – now adopted by major artists worldwide and sparking the new multi-faceted platform A Greener Tour, and has led the creation and implementation of the Greener Arena Certification. In addition, Claire is an aerialist performing globally from the 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony to the iconic Arcadia Spectacular Spider shows.
