Danii Mcletchie is an environmental engineer by trade, and creative, born in Canaan, Tobago. Her passion for the environment has allowed her to conduct published environmental research for the EPA, and launch a career in corporate sustainability engineering in Fortune 500 companies.  and become a leader in sustainable events through her social enterprise, Carnicycle.

In her last 4years, Danii has been responsible for monitoring end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes while formulating waste and energy reduction strategies. The end results of her efforts allowed her current company to generate both environmental and cost savings through her projects. Through Carnicycle, Danii has been able to educate individuals and businesses, on how to create a sustainable Carnival using circular economy principles effectively.

In her free time, Danii takes pride in being a mentor for SPOTT, volunteering for sustainable fashion non-profit, Remake, and is a board member of the ImpactWhit Foundation.
