Meet Khalila Sandrah Mbowe (Kellz); mother of two and a Multi-passionate social innovator and serial impact-entrepreneur. Khalila is the founder, CEO & Lead disruptor at Unleashed Africa Social Ventures; also a Speaker, mentor, and trainer, a Creative Director and Performer, and a Pan-African Transformation cheerleader and enabler. As a creative innovator, Khalila works at the intersection of youth development, social innovation, gender, arts & development, and job creation; integrated with a newfound passion, technology. Through her work, she is focused on reimagining and redefining how Africa engages technology and innovation towards youth development and job creation.

She is driven to build strong African brands focused on the continent’s socio-economic transformation.

She believes that solutions for the continent lie at the intersections of things; and is committed to being one of Africa’s top investors in the coming future.

Khalila has spoken and been featured on platforms such as the United Nations General Assembly, a Raisina young fellow and speaker at the annual Raisina Dialogue, an Acumen Fellow, an Ashoka Visionary Leaders Program fellow, An Asian Forum Global Dialogue Fellow, a YALI EA alumni, the Curator of the Dar Global Shaper hub (Initiative of the World Economic Forum), and an MBA pursuant at the prestigious African Leadership University School of Business (ALUSB Class of 2021J) among other things.
